Liu is a professional chef with more than 15 years of extensive experience in Asian Cuisine. Restaurants he has worked for include the famous Renaissance Hotel, Caviar House & Prunier and Balik Sushi Bar.

fRish, which is located in the historic old town of Baden, is the result of Liu’s passion for extraordinary food and years of hospitality experience. With fRish Liu starts to live his long-standing dream of combining reinterpreted classics and innovations in order to revolutionize the common perception of Sushi.
